lovely mold

It's amazing what you find when you look closely at the world around you. 
This is mold in the corner of a window. 

Insulation is something that has only been required here in houses the last few years, 
so there are lots of opportunities for mold.

Oops I don't think I finished my comment! Now, if you had not told us what it was, most of us wouldn't have known and thought they were weeds, lol! Boy that stuff does grow like weed:)
Maybe I have the wrong impression about New Zealand. Isn't it considered a Western culture?

I am not put off by many things, but mold always makes me shiver a bit. Glad you had this photo op instead of me!
